Hunting Licenses and Certification
Persons wishing to bowhunt within the Virgin Islands should:
- Successfully complete an approved bowhunter education course
- Obtain any required hunting licenses or permits
- Follow all local regulations regarding hunting areas, species, and equipment
The VIFAF may establish additional requirements relating to:
- Hunter certification
- Membership registration
- Seasonal hunting guidance
- Safety standards
- Participation in organized hunting activities
Hunters are responsible for ensuring that their licenses, permissions, and certifications remain current before participating in any hunting activity.
